My stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall, with exceptionally friendly staff that made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, but I encountered some issues that lowered my experience. Additionally, the location was superb, right next to the beach, although the nearby late-night parties could be a downside for some. Overall, there's great value for money, but be cautious with their tourist services.

The location is simply unbeatable, nestled right by Sairee Beach and surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience, from helping with my booking mix-up to returning my forgotten iPad. However, I found the room cleaning procedure somewhat unusual, as it required me to hang a card outside to request cleaning, which wasn't communicated effectively during check-in.
